Is there a way to speed up the FFmpeg command '-filter_complex' ?

-filter_complexcommand the process slows down to real time. Is this process bound to the CPU or GPU ? Does anyone know if there is any way to speed this up using the GPU ?The full call is the following :

ffmpeg How to reduce the processing speed of ffmpeg

frame=32 fps=62 q=-1.0 Lsize=N/A time=00:00:01.27 bitrate=N/AThat’s the processing speed i.e. 62 frames processed per second.
But I want to reduce it to fps = 40 or fps = 50.
What I have to do
