  avfilter/drawbox+drawgrid - add option to prevent overwriting of source pixels
  If the user-supplied color in drawbox and drawgrid filters is non-opaque,
  
  the box & grid painting overwrites the input's pixels (including alpha).
  
  Users typically expect the alpha of the specified color to only act as a key
  
  for compositing on top of the main input.
  Added option allows users to select between replacement and composition.
  
  Tested and documented.

  win32_dlfcn : Support WinRT/UWP.
  This only enables dlls that are packaged with the application to be
  
  loaded. Due to the limitations of WinRT/UWP it is not allowed to load
  
  external/system dlls so this cannot be used as a complete replacement
  
  for normal win32 dll loading.

  i have to append video with a audio and merge the output with anther video mp4
  i use this code to append video with audio

  ffmpeg -i "out1.mp4" -i "desc1.mp3" -c:v copy -c:a aac -strict experimental "output2.mp4"

  its work in windows but in my server lunix i have this error

  root@ns:~# ffmpeg -i /var/www/hespress/17/out1.mp4 -i /var/www/hespress/17/desc1.mp3 -c:v copy -c:a aac -strict experimental /var/www/hespress/17/output2.mp4

  when i went to merge two file i use this code
