    Dixit Wikipedia, XMP signifie :
    Extensible Metadata Platform ou XMP est un format de métadonnées basé sur XML utilisé dans les applications PDF, de photographie et de graphisme. Il a été lancé par Adobe Systems en avril 2001 en étant intégré à la version 5.0 d’Adobe Acrobat.

    Le mode ferme permet d’héberger plusieurs sites de type MediaSPIP en n’installant qu’une seule fois son noyau fonctionnel.
    C’est la méthode que nous utilisons sur cette même plateforme.
    L’utilisation en mode ferme nécessite de connaïtre un peu le mécanisme de SPIP contrairement à la version standalone qui ne nécessite pas réellement de connaissances spécifique puisque l’espace privé habituel de SPIP n’est plus utilisé.
    Dans un premier temps, vous devez avoir installé les mêmes fichiers que l’installation (...)

  • Trouble running .cmd file with c#

    For some reason, I can't seem to launch and run a .cmd file with c#. An example of a line of the cmd file is :

    "C:\Windows\system32\ffmpeg64.exe" -v verbose -y -i "S:\TEMP\A.ts" -c:v copy -c:a copy -ss 00:00:00.000 -t 2 "S:\TEMP\A_SHORT.ts"

    I've tried several different ways to launch this file from within C#, such as (where curDirectory is for example "S :\TEMP")

    Process p = Process.Start(curDirectory + "\\ffmpeg.cmd");

    I've also tried

    string path = curDirectory + "\\ffmpeg.cmd";
    
Process p = Process.Start("cmd.exe", @"/c " + path);  //I've also tried /k

    But what happens is the cmd prompt will show up and say "C :\Windows\System32\ffmpeg64.exe" is not recognized ..." even though the file is there. What am I doing wrong ?

    While the demuxer works at the stream level, the concat protocol works at the file level. Certain files (mpg and mpeg transport streams, possibly others) can be concatenated. This is analogous to using cat on UNIX-like systems or copy on Windows. In general, the demuxer is the better option

    What is the difference between stream level and file level ?

  • Encode a movie with Unicode filename in Windows using Popen

    I want to encode a movie through IO.popen by ruby(1.9.3) in windows 7.
    If the file name contains only ascii strings, encoding proceed normally.
    But with unicode filename the script returns "No such file or directory" error.
    Like following code.

    #-*- encoding: utf-8 -*-
    
command = "ffmpeg -i ü.rm"
    
IO.popen(command){|pipe|
    
  pipe.each{|line|
    
    p line
    
  }
    
}

    I couldn't find whether the problem causes by ffmpeg or ruby.
    How can fix this problem ?
