I tried with other stackoverflow questions but none of them worked. Also I think it is partially because the trim timings are mixed. That is start time can be anywhere between 0-end. When I make it strictly increasing it is working fine.

  • "Amix" and "adelay" combined leads to "Error while filtering : Cannot allocate memory"

I was trying to add to audio clips together (using amix) while delaying one of them (with adelay). I used the following command

Maybe there is some incompatibility between the streams (pcm_s16le, 44100 Hz, 2 channels vs. pcm_u8, 11025 Hz, 1 channel) that need to be handled first, but running only amix works so that doesn’t actually seem to be the case.

  • avcodec_open2 error -542398533 : "Generic error in an external library"

    15 février 2017, par bot1131357

I am encountering an error when trying to open the codec with avcodec_open2(). I have tried the same code without any problems if I specify avi instead of h264 in the av_guess_format() function.

I don’t know what to make of it. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem ?

The library that I’m using is ffmpeg-20160219-git-98a0053-win32-dev. I would really really appreciate if you could help me out of this confusion.
