    Dans MédiaSPIP, une rubrique a 2 noms : catégorie et rubrique.
    Les différents documents stockés dans MédiaSPIP peuvent être rangés dans différentes catégories. On peut créer une catégorie en cliquant sur "publier une catégorie" dans le menu publier en haut à droite ( après authentification ). Une catégorie peut être rangée dans une autre catégorie aussi ce qui fait qu’on peut construire une arborescence de catégories.

    Actuellement la langue proposée par défaut est définie par la constante _LANGUE_PAR_DEFAUT, et elle est mise de base à "fr" : https://www.spip.net/fr_article6313.html
    Intuitivement quand on définit manuellement la langue principale du site, on s’attend à ce que ça soit aussi la langue proposée par défaut.
    Et du coup seuls les gens qui ont accès au mes_options.php peuvent modifier ce comportement.

    Pour reproduire :

    Un site multilingue avec l’anglais comme langue principale (en).
    Un texte avec `bonjour`
    Si je visite la page dans une langue qui n’existe pas dans la balise multi (` ?lang=ru` par exemple), ça prend le texte français.
