  • Ajouter des informations spécifiques aux utilisateurs et autres modifications de comportement liées aux auteurs

    La manière la plus simple d’ajouter des informations aux auteurs est d’installer le plugin Inscription3. Il permet également de modifier certains comportements liés aux utilisateurs (référez-vous à sa documentation pour plus d’informations).
    Il est également possible d’ajouter des champs aux auteurs en installant les plugins champs extras 2 et Interface pour champs extras.

  • Converting image sequence to video with inconsistent frame rate

    I recently collected video data where the video was generated as image sequences. However, between different video of the same length, different numbers of frames were acquired, which made me think that the image sequence have varied frame rates between videos. So my question is how do I convert this image sequence back to video with accurate duration between frames. Is there a way to get that information from the date and time it was created using a code ? I know ffmpeg seems to be the tools many people use.

    


    I am not sure where to start. I am not very familiar with coding, so already have trouble executing the correct codes.

    


  • Getting decibel levels from ffmpeg at each point [duplicate]

    I was working on a feature that requires me to identify people talking in a video/audio clip. Basically these intervals will be marked for review later by an auditor.
I plan to use ffmpeg's silencedetect to identify intervals with silence and assume the rest as talking.
Is there a better way to do this since I would have to set a threshold decibel which would prevent me to get whispers,etc. Is there a way to get an audio graph of the audio/video clip where we know the decibel at each point ?

    


  • Automatic ffmpeg conversion of only completed, fully uploaded files

    Maybe it would be best to start by describing the scenario.

    We have a Debian server with ffmpeg that we use to covert various video files into FLV.
    The files are supplied by a number of different people via FTP and are kept in the "uploads" folder.

    I need to write a PHP script that would go through all the files in the uploads folder, select the ones which are complete (i.e. not currently being uploaded or without any uploading errors) and then convert them to FLV using ffmpeg.

    I can do the conversion and everything else, but how do I determine whether a file is complete and fully uploaded ?
