    Sur le site principal, une instance de mutualisation est définie par plusieurs choses : Les données dans la table spip_mutus ; Son logo ; Son auteur principal (id_admin dans la table spip_mutus correspondant à un id_auteur de la table spip_auteurs)qui sera le seul à pouvoir créer définitivement l’instance de mutualisation ;

  • Support audio et vidéo HTML5

    MediaSPIP utilise les balises HTML5 video et audio pour la lecture de documents multimedia en profitant des dernières innovations du W3C supportées par les navigateurs modernes.
    Pour les navigateurs plus anciens, le lecteur flash Flowplayer est utilisé.
    Le lecteur HTML5 utilisé a été spécifiquement créé pour MediaSPIP : il est complètement modifiable graphiquement pour correspondre à un thème choisi.

    Trying to capture video and audio from a DV camera, using ffmpeg, I got into a problem.
    Before anything, I first tried to see (and hear) with ffplay.

    I can use VLC with "Capture device" as input, selecting "Microsoft DV Camera and VCR" as video device and leaving "Default" as audio device and I get both video and audio.

    With ffmpeg I get only video stream, no audio.

    I don’t know how to tell ffmpeg the equivalent of "Default" audio device as VLC recognizes it.

    Device options show there are 2 pins for video device (DV device has both video and audio) but how can I tell ffmpeg such that it captures both video and audio ?

  • FFmpeg : "filter_complex" results in worse quality than "vf"

    I’m trying to use FFmpeg to do some complex video transcoding (such as concatenating multiple files). To do this, I’ve been trying to use the filter_complex, but I’ve noticed a slight drop in quality from what I saw earlier using the normal video filter.

    To double-check, I boiled down my command to a simple transcode — one using filter_complex and one just using the vf — and I’ve confirmed that the output of the complex filter is noticeably blurry compared to the output of the normal video filter. I can’t find any FFmpeg documentation explaining this... does anyone know why this is happening and how I can get filter_complex to output the same quality video as vf ?

  • Streamplayers can't play stream when ffmpeg using x264 codec

    When i start process ffmpeg and use -c:v libx264 and -x264opts users, who open my stream can’t play it, but after i restart ffmpeg - they can see stream.
    When i turn off -c:v libx264 and -x264opts users can see stream without any problems.
