  • FFMPEG FLV to 3GP more then 176x144 size

    Hi all
    I am converting my.flv to my.gp3 with this command

    ffmpeg -i my.flv -acodec libamr_nb -s 176x144 -ar 8000 -b 120000 -vcodec h263 -ab 10.2k -ac 1 my.3gp

    but size of my flv is 320x240 and I am trying change 176x144 to 320x240 but getting 3gp file with 0kb , how can I do that and get my.3gp file with same size like my.flv

    And one more thing , the my.flv is product of converting from my.swf(vide) , if you know some command which will do swf->3gp with same size it would be better .

  • Legal Issues with FFMPEG ? [closed]

    Has anybody had any legal issues using FFMPEG in a commerical product, particularly from MPEG LA ?

    I only ask from reading the bottom of this page : http://ffmpeg.org/legal.html

    We are hoping to produce a website that uses FFMPEG (or similar program), currently the website will be free to use. However we do hope of monetizing aspects of the website later down the line, and wouldnt want to hit any legal issues at that point.

    If this is an issue, does anybody know of a good alternative to FFMPEG which does not have these legal issues ?

  • Linux based mp3 to wmv converter

    Is there some software library that can i can interact with via command line (no GUI business) exist that can take an mp3 and output wmv or a similar format ?

    Can ffmpeg do this ?

    I found this product—> http://www.3herosoft.com/how-to-convert-mp3-to-wmv.html ...ideally i would want to find a library that was able to carry out the same basic functionality via command line.
