  • ffmpeg 'error parsing the packet header' when concatenating mp3 files

    27 décembre 2020, par Dtomper

I downloaded many songs from youtube and mixed them using this command : ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i mylist.txt -map 0:a mixed.mp3 where mylist.txt is a list of all the downloaded files.
During the exportation I kept getting the following error :

After the mix was exported, I heard it and there was a weird sound playing when it was the turn of this song : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iY0RwKIG_BQ

At first, I used youtube-dl to download the song from python. After that, I used https://ytmp3.cc/ but none of them worked. I keep getting this error and that weird sound in the mix file.

  • Library for creating a layered image builder

28 juillet 2022, par Ashley Hewins

I'm looking to build a layered image builder where the user journey is as follows :

    1. Click start
    2.

    3. Select layer 1 from a carousel
    4.

    5. Select layer 2 from a new carousel
    6.

    7. Select layer 3 from another carousel
    8.

    9. See final layered image where all layers are on top of each other
    10.

    11. Download image via QR code scanned on a mobile device.
    12.

    13. Restart - save image to local folder as back up
    14.

This will be running on a Windows tablet at an event where people come up to the booth to build their image.

What language or library would be best for building this sort of app ? Haven't found one on google that matches requirements just yet.

  • Revision 38ff3e328f : Rate control adjustment. Small adjustment to the active Q range calculations. T

23 avril 2014, par Paul Wilkins

    Changed Paths :
     Modify /vp9/encoder/vp9_ratectrl.c

    Rate control adjustment.

Small adjustment to the active Q range calculations.
These changes should slightly extend the available Q range
for KF/GF/ARF and narrow it for other frames.

The results for this change in isolation are broadly positive
for SSIM and average PSNR and slightly up but mixed for opsnr.

    derf +0.293% opsnr, +1.286% SSIM
    std-hd + 0.528% opsnr, + 1.746% SSIM
    yt +0.056% opsnr, +0.457% SSIM
    yt-hd -0.147% opsnr, + 0.226% SSIM
