    Il crée des "médias", à savoir : un "média" est un article au sens SPIP créé automatiquement lors du téléversement d’un document qu’il soit audio, vidéo, image ou textuel ; un seul document ne peut être lié à un article dit "média" ;

MediaSPIP automatically converts uploaded files to internet-compatible formats.

  • ffmpeg fastest way to convert videos avi to mp4 [migrated]

    5 novembre 2013, par user2938660

I have server which has :

    • 8x3,4 (sandy bridge cpu)
    • 10gb ram

i tried different combinations to convert vvideos i mean avi to mp4 but it takes so long :
    - 20mins= 200mb

maybe there is some ffmpeg command which does this much faster ?

  • FFMPEG on ubuntu wont start. Process is just killed [on hold]

    8 novembre 2018, par AK47

I am trying to run a command on ffmpeg. When I run on my local computer it works fine but when running on my ubuntu server it won’t start. It just keeps giving an error saying the process is killed when it trys to start. Is this something related to memory or a different issue ?

    Killed   14 fps=0.0 q=0.0 size=       0kB time=00:00:00.00 bitrate=N/A dup=2 drop=0 speed=   0x

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please help me to understand what I am doing wrong.

why method SETUP failed as 461 Unsupported transport and how it can be solved ?

I tried to use different ffplay, ffmpeg commands, but all of them lead to the same result.
If I do not use rtsp_trasport command I have the error [udp @ 000001d1ab52c300] ’circular_buffer_size’ option was set but it is not supported on this build (pthread support is required)
and the same 461 Unsupported transport

Before I added "profiles=avpf" to my stream creation request I managed to play it successfully with "rtsp_transport tcp".
But now profiles=avpf is required and I need to understand how to deal with it
