• ffmpeg concat two videos with different sizes encounter "do not match" error

  I’m trying to concat 4 mp4 files. I’m using the command below but not able to concat

  ffmpeg -i L00.mp4 -i L01.mp4 \
  
    -filter_complex "[0:v] [0:a] [1:v] [1:a] concat=n=2:v=1:a=1 [v] [a]" \
  
    -map "[v]" -map "[a]" output.mp4

  Getting this error :

  Input link in1:v0 parameters (size 1150x722, SAR 1:1) do not match the corresponding output link in0:v0 parameters (1158x690, SAR 1:1)

  getting this error :

  Filter pad has an unconnected output

  the dimensions of L00.mp4 is 1158 × 690, L01.mp4 is 1150 × 722.

  how to fix this ?

  I'm trying to use FFMPEG to transcode a video with very large frames (4096 x 4096). It's a short video - just under two minutes, but the source video file is 15.8GB. (The video is an animation designed to be projected onto planetarium domes.)

  The source file is a Quicktime MOV containing uncompressed Photo-JPEG images (with audio, too). When I tell FFMPEG to transcode my MOV file into an MP4 file, it simply says :

  Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

  Not very helpful, but yes, I've verified that all of the parameters are correct and/or defaults. In fact, if I change the requested output size to 2048x2048, then everything works just fine. That's why I suspect that there's an upper bound in the encoder.

  I am kerflummoxed. Any suggestions that result in a successful transcode will be greatly appreciated. (At this point I am also willing to consider alternatives to FFMPEG.)

• Spaces in file name (not path) in ProcessStartInfo C#

  I am running ffmpeg using C# ’s ProcessStartInfo where I have to convert the files from one format to another.Those files having no spaces in them is working fine but those having spaces are getting stuck at the error.I think this is due to the spaces in the file name.
  e.g

    startInfo.Arguments = "-i " + filename+ ".mov-q:a 0 -map a " + filename+ ".mp4";

  filename is derived at the run time by parsing the directory .
  typical error prone filename e.g is = "this is my file"

  How can this be resolved.
